Plain-language summary of how Bridgeo handles your information. Draft for launch; it will be reviewed by a qualified adviser as the service grows.
What Bridgeo is
Bridgeo is a free planning tool that compares ways to send money between countries and explains the rules and documents involved. Bridgeo does not hold, move or convert your money, and does not give financial, tax or legal advice.
What we collect
- Using the planner: the corridor, amount, purpose and speed you choose are processed in your browser and encoded in the page link you may share. We do not store them unless you submit the contact form.
- If you ask us to get in touch: your name, your email or phone number, the plan you built (corridor, amount, purpose, speed, top route), how you found us (the referral source), and the time you gave consent.
Why we use it
- To contact you about your enquiry.
- To introduce you to licensed partners (banks, exchange houses, remitters or advisers) who can carry out your transfer, only if you asked for this and consented.
- To understand which corridors and purposes people need, so we can improve the tool. We use summary figures for this.
Who sees it
Our team and, with your consent, the licensed partner we introduce you to. Your details are stored with our cloud provider (Amazon Web Services, India region) with encryption. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 12 months, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
Your choices
- Ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time.
- Withdraw consent at any time. Tell us and we will stop contacting you and delete your enquiry.
Email hello@bridgeofin.app and we will respond within 30 days. Where the law of your country (for example India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act or the UAE's PDPL) gives you further rights, we will honour them.
Cookies and tracking
The site sets no advertising cookies. We may record the referral source in the link you arrived from (for example a LinkedIn post) when you submit the form.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date above.
